We recently had the honor of planning Trisha and Andrew’s beautiful Four Seasons Philadelphia wedding. From their on-site welcome dinner to their Haldi-Mehndi celebration and Hindu wedding, the entire weekend was a seamless experience.
As Philadelphia wedding planners, we love introducing couples to venues that truly elevate the wedding experience. Few venues do that quite like the Four Seasons Philadelphia. From its breathtaking skyline views to its exceptional hospitality, every detail here is thoughtfully designed. Read more about why we love it!

Why We Love Working at Four Seasons Philadelphia
The Four Seasons Philadelphia blends modern luxury with exceptional service in a way that few venues can. Located atop the Comcast Center, the hotel offers stunning skyline views, elegant event spaces, and a level of hospitality that makes couples and guests feel cared for throughout the entire wedding weekend.
One of our favorite parts of this venue is how seamlessly multiple events can flow throughout the hotel. Couples can host everything from a welcome dinner and cultural ceremonies to the reception, after party, and guest accommodations without ever leaving the hotel. This creates a relaxed experience for everyone involved, especially guests traveling from out of town.
The Four Seasons Philadelphia is also an excellent choice for multicultural celebrations. With several event spaces, flexible catering options, and experienced staff, it’s easy to create a wedding weekend that honors multiple traditions.
What Makes a Four Seasons Philadelphia Wedding Special?
One of the biggest advantages of getting married here is the variety of spaces available. Each venue has its own personality while maintaining the same sophisticated and modern aesthetic.
Trisha and Andrew welcomed guests with a dinner on the 59th floor before kicking off the weekend’s celebrations with their Haldi and Mehndi ceremony the following day. Their Hindu ceremony took place in the stunning Comcast Winter Garden.
The celebration continued with cocktails in the Comcast Concourse before guests entered the Grand Terrace Ballroom for the reception. Floor-to-ceiling windows filled the room with natural light before sunset. Then, after sunset, candles and tall floral arrangements created a romantic atmosphere as the evening continued.
One of our favorite moments from the day was sneaking away with Trisha and Andrew for sunset portraits on the outdoor terrace. Then they rejoined their guests for heartfelt speeches from their siblings, cake cutting, and an incredible night of dancing. Later in the evening, Trisha surprised everyone with a late-night outfit change before the celebration continued with an after-party complete with late-night bites.
Ceremony and Reception Spaces for a Four Seasons Philadelphia Wedding
Whether you’re planning an intimate rehearsal dinner or a full wedding weekend, there’s a space that fits every celebration.
Grand Terrace Ballroom
The Grand Terrace Ballroom is where Trisha and Andrew hosted their reception, and it’s one of our favorite ballrooms in Philadelphia. The floor-to-ceiling windows offer incredible views of Center City while filling the room with natural light throughout the day. As the sun sets, the ballroom transforms into a romantic reception space with sparkling city lights.
The adjoining outdoor terrace is another standout feature. While Trisha and Andrew just used it for sunset portraits, couples have the opportunity to use the terrace for things like cocktail hour or even the full reception.

Arch Ballroom
The Arch Ballroom is another beautiful option for ceremonies, receptions, rehearsal dinners, or post-wedding brunches. The room is filled with natural light during the day and overlooks Philadelphia’s skyline at night.
Fairmount & Calder Rooms
Located on the 59th floor, the Fairmount and Calder Rooms are ideal for more intimate celebrations like rehearsal dinners and farewell brunches. Trisha and Andrew hosted their welcome dinner in the Fairmount Room and adjoining foyer, giving guests panoramic views of Philadelphia as they kicked off the wedding weekend.

Comcast Winter Garden
The Comcast Winter Garden is one of the most unique ceremony spaces in Philadelphia. Filled with natural light and lush greenery, it creates a beautiful indoor garden setting that works in every season.

Insider Tips for a Four Seasons Philadelphia Wedding
One of our biggest recommendations is to take advantage of everything the hotel has to offer. Instead of limiting your celebration to one day, consider hosting your welcome dinner, cultural celebrations, after party, or farewell brunch on site. Your guests will appreciate the convenience, and you’ll have even more opportunities to spend quality time together.
Depending on the season and weather, we also recommend scheduling time for portraits on the outdoor terrace around sunset. The skyline views are spectacular.
Another favorite feature is the Sky Terrace Penthouse Suite. The residential-style amenities, such as a spacious living area, gourmet kitchen, and dining room, are perfect for entertaining and make it one of our favorite getting-ready locations in Philadelphia. It’s the perfect place to relax before the festivities begin.
Four Seasons Philadelphia Wedding Cost
Four Seasons Philadelphia wedding costs vary depending on your guest count, event spaces, food and beverage selections, and the number of celebrations included throughout the weekend.
